On last Sunday Grandma Pauline has cooked for us. Mmm- Grandma’s cooking is very hearty and tasty! 🙂
I could look over her shoulder how she prepared and today for my dinner I’ve tried to make flint-gnocchi.
Grandma has taken the Mutschel-flour but with flint it works too, just a bit rough.

Omas Version: Butter, Ei, Brühe, Muskat, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Mutschelmehl, Salz und Pfeffer
aber meine Version: Ei, Brühe, Muskat, Grieß, Käse, gebratene Chinakohl, Basilikum, Zimt, Curry, Salz und Pfeffer

Grandma’s version: butter, egg, stock, nutmeg, onion, garlic, Mutschel-flour, salt and pepper
But mine’s: egg, stock, nutmeg, flint, cheese, fried cabbage, basil, cinnamon, curry, salt and pepper

Ab in die kochenden Brühe! Lecker war’s.;)
To the boiling stock! ‘was yummy. 😉

Thank you for your kind feedback!
